Welcome to Hindi Learning for Kids (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, especially children, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Families Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because this App is designed for children and families, we have taken strict measures to ensure privacy:

• No Personal Information: We do NOT ask for, collect, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers from children.
• No Persistent Device Identifiers for Tracking: We do NOT collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID), IMEI, MAC address, or Android ID for tracking purposes.

2. Information We May Collect Automatically (Anonymous Data)

To ensure the App functions correctly and to improve user experience, we may collect non-personal, anonymous data. This data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

• App Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics (configured strictly for children) to understand how the App is used (e.g., which lessons are accessed). We have disabled the collection of Advertising IDs for these analytics.
• Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix bugs. This data is strictly technical (e.g., device model, OS version, error traces) and contains no personal information.
• Anonymous Progress: If you track learning progress, the data is stored locally on the device or using a random, app-specific identifier that resets if the App is uninstalled.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

To keep the App free, we use third-party advertising services. We strictly adhere to Google Play's Families Policy regarding ads:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. The App is configured with the "Tag for Child Directed Treatment" (TFCD) enabled and the Maximum Ad Content Rating set to "G" (General Audiences). This ensures that:
  • No personalized (interest-based) ads are shown.
  • Only family-friendly ad content is displayed.
  • No remarketing or tracking identifiers are used by the ad network.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We are fully committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

We value your trust in providing us your non-personal data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
